MyHealthDIRECT’s proprietary application runs in a SaaS 2.0 hosted environment. The application is hosted in the Equinix data center in Chicago IL (www.equinix.com) that is SAS 70 II Certified and exceeds the Tier III data center criteria. We share this hosting facility with many of the largest companies:

The data centers are built with full UPS power, back-up systems, and N+1 (or greater) redundancy with a proven industry-leading 99.98% uptime record. A complete backup and disaster recovery methodology is employed within the hosting environment. Additionally, MyHealthDIRECT Client Services combines rapid response and resolution with advanced technical assistance and account management to give the customer a single point of contact for system support. This includes full 24/7 Customer Support.
Other vendors that currently provide only a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) web site to the market are under no expectation to deliver standards of uptime, performance, security, or problem resolution that MyHealthDIRECT has delivered since inception.
Flexibility
The flexibility of our platform has been demonstrated across the nearly twenty (20) distinct solution sets deployed by our customers…from improving Quality to reducing Medical Costs to increasing Efficiency to empowering Consumers. The consumer- grade online scheduling web sites developed by companies who are branding their own consumer portals simply can’t facilitate the complex algorithms and rules sets of disease management and medical home initiatives. Further, we can integrate on the front-end with any Care Management, CRM, EMR or other HIT application using an HL7/EDI Interface or an API / Web Service, or on the back-end to any Practice Management System (PMS) using these same standard healthcare industry communication protocols.
And not only do we not require clients to use our UI (User Interface), we actually encourage private labeling so that your brand and your organization are getting market traction. We merely require an innocuous “Powered by MyHealthDIRECT” to appear in small type at the bottom of the search and confirm screens. The rest of the UI is branded to your members or to your patients in the manner that best meets your marketing needs.
Security
MyHealthDIRECT is a HITRUST (http://hitrustalliance.net) audited company, and performs security audits and intrusion audits of both the hosted data center environment and its internal networks annually. Our Tier III data center provided by top provider Equinix gives you more stability, reliability and security.
