Management Team

Kevin Rahn joined MyHealthDIRECT in January of 2011. Kevin has over 13 years of experience in the healthcare industry. He has gained vast experience in client management, strategic planning, practice management consulting, process improvement as well as project management. He has been very successful at leading teams in successful deployments and implementations. Kevin has his undergraduate degree in Life Science from Kansas State University and his masters’ degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas School Of Medicine. His past employment includes the VA Medical Center, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, large hospital organizations, and physician practices.  This experience has provided a very diverse level of experience and expertise across the healthcare market. Kevin also has a long background in healthcare technology, most recently with RelayHealth.

Kim Francour began her career within the Sales Division at Parke-Davis Pharmaceuticals in Manhattan New York, prior to transitioning into leadership roles at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals as both a Training Manager and District Manager.  During her tenure within the pharmaceutical industry, Francour was awarded a Regional Marketing Internship and participated in multiple national product launches throughout her career.  Prior to Joining MyHealthDIRECT, Kim was a Business Development Executive at CPM Inc. where she worked to establish business partnerships with strategic planning, physician relations, and marketing departments within hospitals and health systems.  She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at University of Texas at Austin.

Sara has responsibility for operational strategy and implementation of MyHealthDIRECT clients.  In her role, she develops and executes on strategies to integrate company and client technology to optimize effectiveness of the use of MyHealthDIRECT.  Her team is also responsible for meeting clients’ needs for training, technical support, and performance measurement of strategic objectives. Prior to joining MyHealthDIRECT in January 2010, Sara was director of partner services for an insurance technology services firm, promoting client satisfaction through training, education and account management.  Her healthcare background includes 8 years at United Healthcare of Wisconsin in account service and sales administration. Stiefvater received her MS degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Kevin joined MyHealthDIRECT in June of 2010.  Kevin has a broad business background including over 10 years in the healthcare industry.  Kevin is experienced in sales, information technology, social media, and finding, attracting, and retaining top talent.  Kevin enjoys his role as Sales Operations Director, which allows him to use his expertise to equip the company with tools and information to communicate the value of the MyHealthDIRECT solution for its clients.
